In 2014, Alison moved to the Central Coast to enjoy the idyllic life that San Luis Obispo County has to offer. Prior to her move to California she had a successful profession in the telecommunications field managing sales teams in various parts of the country.
From 2001-2014, her career led her to live in some great places including Denver, Maui, Oahu and Philadelphia. In the midst of that time, Alison started immersing herself in real estate beginning in 2006, building a personal investment portfolio of residential properties in Colorado. With her husband Kris, she later got involved in local investment property tours, organizing large groups of investors to visit various available properties that showed solid returns and cash flow potential. As her expertise grew, she began exploring other markets and expanded her personal investment portfolio to include 3 additional states; Indiana, Pennsylvania and California.
When Alison left the telecom industry in 2014 and moved to Cypress Ridge with her husband Kris the decision was twofold. One reason was the absolute serene locale only a few minutes from the ocean. The second was the safe and friendly community to start a family. Later that year they welcomed a beautiful, healthy little baby girl: Sloan.
